MBA502 Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence and Diversity This subject provides students with an understanding of the concept of emotional intelligence as well as the opportunity to build their skills through reflective practice. This subject examines cultural contexts that are external, where an organisation is operating across countries and cultures, as well as internal, where the cultural differences are within the organisation. Students will, therefore, gain a theoretical and practical understanding of culture, cultural differences and the implication for business. Utilising international case studies, students will examine successful models of exemplary intercultural management and will identify the challenges and key strategies for overcoming them.
