This subject provides students with an opportunity to apply in a real work environment the theories and concepts they have studied as part of their postgraduate course. The ultimate objective, however, of this work-integrated learning experience is that students will develop an in-depth understanding of the job-ready skills that are currently required by employers. Success in this subject will result in an enhanced level of employability and then, once employed, students will reasonably be expected to generate accelerated development and performance by virtue of the foundational skills they have acquired in this program.
