MBA613 Organisational Change and Innovation This subject provides students with models and frameworks that guide the principles of effectively leading change and innovation in organisations. Topics include: types and phases of organisational change; features of organisational structures in an international context; risks inherent in the change management process; reasons why change fails and how these can be overcome; and managing innovation across borders. This subject will utilise case studies and discussion that enable students to apply organisational change in a range of firms across different industries and geographies.
