MBA643 Project Risk, Finance and Monitoring This subject requires students to complete a real-world project case study to take them through the different phases of project planning, elaboration and execution. Students are required to advise on how to assess project viability, how to source and coordinate resources for the project, how to identify and plan for project risks and how to organise adequate financing for the project. Management, accounting and finance theories are all relevant for completing the case study, which includes addressing problems related to task allocations, feasibility, financial Net Present Value sensitivity and scenario analysis, modelling and project budgets.
