MBA661 Gendered Workplace Environments This subject uses historical, political and societal perspectives plus various individuals' workplace experiences of sexism and harassment to expose students to the issues that have created gendered workplace environments. These environments have had tangible negative effects on the employment and leadership opportunities, career growth and earning potential of women. Students will reflect on the key moments in the global historical movement for women’s equality at work and then analyse the current status of gender equality in both Australian and international contexts. Students will become better equipped to positively influence women’s experiences in the gendered workplaces they lead.
