This subject provides students with an opportunity to apply in a real work environment the theories and concepts they have thus far accumulated in this postgraduate qualification. The ultimate objective, however, of this work-integrated learning experience is that students will develop a more intimate understanding of the job-ready skills in demand by high-quality employers. Success in this subject should therefore result in an enhanced level of employability and then, once employed, students will reasonably be expected to generate accelerated development and performance by virtue of the foundational skills they have acquired in this program.
