This subject provides students with an understanding of the mathematical and statistical methods used in Artificial Intelligence such as deep learning and reinforcement learning. Students are introduced to the methodologies underlying these advanced methods in order to appreciate their use in algorithms and AI applications. Throughout the subject students will also apply these methods in a business context by using pre-formulated blocks of code and menu-driven software.
