IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING LEGISLATION CHANGES

As a result of important changes to the ESOS Act and Standard 4 of the National Code, education providers can no longer pay commission or any other type of financial incentive to education agents for recruiting international students who transfer from another Australian provider, and this applies to all students who accept an offer on or after 1 April 2026. Kaplan Business School (KBS) is complying fully with this new legislative requirement.  

Agents can continue to receive commission for recruiting new students who require a student visa at the point they commence with KBS, or if they hold another temporary visa, or if they are enrolling in further study after they complete their principal course.   

Agents may continue to assist students with a transfer to KBS, but KBS cannot pay commission or any other type of financial incentive for that recruitment.
