Overview

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is widely regarded as the preferred qualification for professionals wanting to pursue a career in strategic management. In this specialisation (Project Management) you will learn to oversee the planning, implementation and scope of projects and know what gaps or weaknesses need addressing within a business for projects to really flourish. You’ll also become a master of analysing risk, directing teams and managing human resources.
